Courage is not an innate trait; we are not born courageous. The good news? Courage is a choice, and it can be cultivated. Each week over the next six months, you will have the opportunity to consistently cultivate courage and increase your courage consciousness by reading five days of courage candy, aka brief inspirational messages. Each week has a unique theme and ends with a courage contemplation prompt to allow you to reflect and put into practice what you've read about courage and reaching your highest potential.
Have you ever taken a courage class? While speaking and facilitating trainings and courageous conversations, Mosley has asked thousands of people across the globe that question and has yet to receive one yes. She knew she needed to be a part of the solution, and in May 2022 created a text community for "Caring Courageous Change Agents" and started sending out courage candy texts five days a week. Antoinetta has seen the impact that courage candy can have and wants to share the encouragement that has fostered growth, courageous conversations, and making more courageous choices with you too.
Courageous choices are at the core of all positive change. Through motivational quotes, reflections, resources, and challenges, you can increase your courage competencies and live a more courageous life. You deserve to be your best self and reach your highest potential, AND the world needs more caring and courageous change agents. Welcome to your first courage course!

Video Opportunity Information
If you would like to record a video review of receiving courage candy texts, please first review the information below.
- Videos should be a minimum of 30 seconds and a maximum of 90 seconds.
- Video Tips: Record on your laptop using an online program such as Zoom. If you record on your phone, use a tripod or place your phone in a location where you are not holding it.
- You can use the below sample introduction and prompts to help queue what you may want to say during the video. The focus should be on courage candy.
